The partners of daretwoshare, Kristen Gallacher and Monique Douglas, have between them over 20 years experience in the corporate environment. They have worked in a variety of sales, marketing and managerial positions in the insurance, IT&T and service industries, both in Australia and the United Kingdom. In addition they have five children under five between them.

They established daretwoshare with first hand knowledge of the requirements of both businesses and employees in implementing jobshare arrangements. From their own experience they know there is a significant opportunity for businesses to leverage an under utilised job market and access first-rate employees.
